DMPilot is built and supported by one person, pratieee, so you always reach someone who can actually fix the thing. Expect a reply within one business day; urgent delivery issues are usually answered much faster.

Support and billing

Email hello@dmpilot.pro from the address you signed in with. Include your Instagram handle and, for delivery questions, the post or keyword involved. Subscription changes and cancellations can also be done directly from the billing page in the dashboard without contacting us.

Data and privacy requests

To export or delete your data, or to ask about how we handle your audience's data, email hello@dmpilot.pro with the subject "Data request". Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by email. Details are in the privacy policy.
