Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and DMPilot for the use of dmpilot.pro and the DMPilot service. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

DMPilot lets you automate replies to comments, story replies and direct messages on an Instagram professional account you control, using Meta's official Instagram Messaging API. Features may change; we will not remove core functionality during a paid period without notice.

2. Your account and your Instagram account

You must be at least 18 and may only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the content of the messages you configure and for complying with Instagram's Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Platform Terms. DMPilot enforces platform rules where it can (for example the 24-hour messaging window), but you remain responsible for how you use it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use DMPilot to send unsolicited or deceptive messages, to harvest data, to impersonate others, to sell prohibited goods, or to circumvent Instagram's rules or rate limits. We may pause automations or suspend accounts that create risk for the platform, for other customers or for us.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

New workspaces start on the free plan, which needs no card and has no time limit. It covers up to 100 people reached by automated DMs a month and up to 3 live automations; at the limit, automations stop messaging new people until the next month or until you subscribe, and nothing is deleted. Pro subscriptions are billed in advance ($9 monthly or $81 yearly, plus applicable taxes) through Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and is not refunded pro rata, except where the law requires otherwise. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

5. Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we process and why. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf, including sending messages you configured to people who message or comment on your account.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it; Instagram's API and our providers can fail independently of us. We may modify or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice for material changes.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for actions Instagram takes against your account.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive (liability, data, payment obligations) survive termination.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DMPilot is operated, and disputes will be resolved in its courts unless consumer law gives you other rights. Contact: hello@dmpilot.pro.
