Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it has no time limit. It needs no card and covers up to 100 people a month, 3 live automations and one Instagram account, with comment to DM, the public reply, story replies, keyword DMs, link buttons, tracked links, the follow ask, the inbox and the dashboard. There is no trial; you start on the free plan.
How are people counted?
A person counts once a month, the first time an automation DMs them, however many DMs they get after that. The free plan covers 100 of them each month.
What happens at 100 people?
Your automations stop DMing new people until next month, or until you upgrade to Pro. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.
What does Pro add?
No cap on people or automations, email capture inside the DM, and one reminder DM when the link isn’t tapped. It is $9 a month or $81 a year.
Does the Pro price go up as my audience grows?
No. Pro is a flat price. It does not count contacts, subscribers or DMs against a tier.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled from the billing page and stay active until the end of the paid period.
Why does it say launch price?
DMPilot is new, and $9 is the price for the people who join early. It will go up for new customers later, but anyone subscribed at $9 keeps $9 for as long as they stay subscribed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and local payment methods through our payment provider. Prices are in US dollars and taxes are added at checkout where required.
